RECIPE:-
1. Take two mashed potatoes in a bowl.
2. Add a chopped onion to it.
3. A chopped green chilli & chopped 1/2 capsicum π«
4. 1 tbsp of kashmiri red mirch.
5. 1 tbsp of table salt.
6. 1 tbsp of garam masala.
7. 1 tbsp of coriander powder.
8. Mix all the ingredients well.
9. Spread the stuffing on a bread.
10. Cut the bread into 4 pieces.
11. Now dip each piece in slurry
Slurry recipe = (cornflour + maida + water)
12. Now roll each piece in Breadcrumbs.and before frying fridge it for 15 minutes
11. Deep fry your bites on medium to high flame.
