Recipe
1. Fry bhindi 50% and then add chili powder and salt and keep aside.
2. Add black seeds & cumin seeds in hot oil and when the seeds crackle, add onion and fry till it changes color.
3. Now, add black pepper powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala and turmeric powder to curd to make paste
4. Add the paste and tomatoes puree into the fried onion at step 2 and fry well.
5. Now, add fried bhindi int the gravy and cook them well. Add coriander 🌿
Ready to be served.
