    Chilli garlic paneer rice ⭐️
    👉🏼Ingredients-( Serves 2)
    1. Paneer 400gms
    2. ⁠Rice (boiled) 160gm
    3. ⁠Garlic 6-7 juliennes
    4. ⁠Green French beans 1/4 cup ( chopped)
    5. ⁠Carrot 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
    6. ⁠Capsicum 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
    7. ⁠Mix of red and yellow bell pepper 1/4 cup ( finely chopped)
    8. ⁠Red chilli powder 1.5 tsp
    9. ⁠Salt to taste
    10. ⁠Spring onion chives for garnish
    11. ⁠Olive oil/ any neutral oil
    12. ⁠Light Soya sauce 2.5 tbsp
    (If using dark soya sauce use 1.5 tbsp mixed with 1 tbsp water)

    Method
    1. Add garlic juliennes, chilli powder and salt to taste to a mortar pestle and pound to make a chutney.
    2. ⁠Next heat some oil in a pan and sauté the sauté the brand and carrot for 2-3 mins. Once done add the garlic chutney prepared and mix well.
    3. ⁠Sauté for another 1 min on medium flame and then add the capsicum and bell peppers.
    4. ⁠Mix well and Sauté again for another 2 mins on medium flame.
    5. ⁠Next add the paneer cubes and soya sauce. Mix well and let it simmer for a minute.
    6. ⁠Top it with boiled rice and mix well once again. Cook for a minute and switch off the flame.
    7. ⁠Once done garnish with green onion chives and serve warm.
