    • 10–12 garlic cloves
    • 1 tablespoon Kashmiri chilli
    • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
    • Salt to taste
    • 200 grams fresh beans
    • 250 grams tofu or low-fat paneer
    • 1 tablespoon oil
    • 1 tablespoon soya sauce
    • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

    👉 Cook the beans on low flame till they are soft before adding paneer or tofu.

    Moong Spinach Corn Rice
    • 1 tablespoon oil
    • 7–8 garlic cloves
    • 1 cup spinach
    • 1 cup moong dal (soaked for 2 hours)
    • ¼ cup corn
    • 1 bowl boiled or leftover rice
    • Salt to taste
    • 1 tablespoon chili flakes
    • 1 teaspoon pepper powder
    • 1 teaspoon soya sauce

    👉 Cook the veggies on low flame till the moong dal is cooked as per your taste.
