  1. He is absolutely right, You can't complain about the Shitty situation you put yourself in everyday.Change you're direction and ultimately you will change your destination, 🤔 it all starts with you being grateful and having gratitude in your heart ❤️🙏😇🇦🇺🦘🐨🤠🍻😎

  2. We are always are worst enemies. Negative self talk or floating though life is a waste of all our potential. We are made in the image of God. Just be good to self, try and be better each day. In the end, If you are proud of what you accomplished, your life was perfect!!!! No regrets.

  3. Thanks good video. Lots of useful tips. I hope people suffering from depression take note that sitting around as things get worse isn't how life works, you have to change things to change your life. I'm sorry to hear the sad stories involved and they also ring true that you start noticing what's wrong with things in hardship, particularly watching people go to hospital. The unavoidable consequence of mortality. But it shouldn't have to be this way to realise things about ourselves, that you should be able to act early about things that really matter. Know the things we can change and the things we can't change and the wisdom to know the difference. But not put everything under the bracket 'can't change' because we're lost, depressed and lost all motivation, often for a very good reason. There are small changes and for example when the day is beautiful, notice it's a beautiful day, lots of people caught in the blindfold of their mind don't seem to notice unless you point it out. Let alone the super agoraphobic and super depressed, a combination that is almost impossible to reach out to but I wish it were possible one day. Best wishes.
