I read Buffets entire annual letter. End of an era.
I’d be very interested in your take on income producing assets like private credit and 1031 fractional real estate investments. At least the latter promises some tax benefits.
I’ve been laid off 3 times and the annoying part is each time I found another job AFTER my severance packages ran out. 2 times it was a week or two. 😂 In other words, I tried really hard to find another job to make it feel like I got a raise, but wasn’t lucky enough.

Self employment it’s hard but I make my own choices
I’ve looked far and wide and have yet to find the magic bullet that has no risk with better returns than other things. Guess I’ll keep looking 😂😂
