Ladies I can't stress enough that you all should take the max dose of calcium and vitamin D. I've been telling all the young women at work to get on them cause I've just been diagnosed with osteoporosis and I could have stopped or at the very least lessened the effects of it. I have a fairly bad fracture of my spine and my CAT scan showed I've had other healed fractures. Don't k ow why doctors don't start telling mothers of teens to get them started on calcium asap, should be pushed as much as safe and possible.
