  1. 6months ago i started to change everything, i am addicted to heroin and alcohol, i quit heroin then quit suboxone, i quit alcohol afterwards but i used alcohol to help quit heroin, the shakes and insomnia were the worst part, i started to workout and for 6 months i was very toned but didnt see any growth, i started adding better foods and more calories and protein to my diet, i wake up at 5 am everyday regardless if i have to work or not, now im growing rapidly, like my body was more than ready and happy that i quit the poisonous life style and started being more healthy, i have copd a smoking disease that attacks your lungs basically whatever damage you've done to your lungs is irreparable or wont ever be 100%again, because of this i cant do full workouts without busting out a smokers hack attack, but i do what i can and somehow its still enough to see results i was 130 pounds when i quit heroin an cigs an alcohol, now im 150 pounds, i have a small 6pack forming and ny arms and shoulders are getting bigger, i do my sets untill i feel my heart is taking on to much then i rest, then i go again and rest, i do this untill im done sometimes its only 45mins sometimes its hours, my point is you can still change even if you feel your on the verge of death, you can do small things slowly building your body up then you can do a little more, and a little more, you can find your way around whatever hardships or limitations set by yourself, you can quit whatever it is your addicted to, and you can change and become the person you know your supposed to be.
