  1. I’m 14, started skating when I was 5 and played organized hockey when I was 6. I have followed the Oilers my whole life because of my dad who has been a hockey fan for decades. always been an average hockey player my whole life, never the best and never the worst. Have only played tiered hockey. No AA or AAA. Only a few years ago I really started to fall in love with the game. And just last year I realized what my dream was. To become an nhl player. But I just don’t think that I can catch up to the kids my age and make it to the nhl. I have the equipment to train all day every day. I’ve done it before. But I still don’t think that will be enough to attempt a journey to the nhl. If you have any words of advice for me that would be great but next year I think I’m gonna quit hockey for good.

  2. Thank you for this. I relate to this video because in the past few years my teammates always hated me, and so did my schoolmates and everything was going down the Drain since my mom passed away. Then I chose to forgive and forget, now I’m a goalie, and I’m expanding my horizons. I truly believe that with the spirit I have right now I can go places. Places I haven’t even dreamed of.

  3. Who ever tells you can’t do things don’t listen to them that happened to me people told me that I couldn’t play soccer but i did and I won championship and people told me I couldn’t play basketball and I did and won ever single game don’t let people tell you you can’t do something
