  1. Just made this for dinner. I've never had Paprikash, so I was surprised by how it turned out. Delicious. Also, for anyone interested, check out Wartime Stories on the Austrian army vs vampires. It's about this exact stuff.

  2. This takes me back almost 50 years to the beginning of my love affair with food when my now-ex-mother-in-law taught me to make Csirkepaprikás. She was from a small, now Slovak town called Piešťany. Thanks for the reminder. I must make some. 🙂
