I would season and sear my stew meat. Pour drippings in. Thicker gravy to. My opinion 😊
Sounds tasty if you are into processed food. It does not take much more effort to make it homemade. You will get more food for the money and no Chemical-laden foods.
Going to try this with some of the suggestions in the comments. Definitely going to add vegetables and brown the beef before adding to crockpot.

Add a packet of ranch mix and brown the stew
First you’re going to wash the film off the beef.. have no clue where it’s been before packaging and the person who packaged it.. Sear the meat first with a drizzle of oil the beef will do the rest.. Season please 😉
