🛒 **INGREDIENTS:**
Making Spice mixture:
• Coriander/dhania (sabit): 2 tbsp
• Cumin/zera (sabit):1&1/2 tsp
• Dry Red chilli powder: 1 tsp
• Black pepper:1tsp
• Cumin/zera (powder):1/2 tsp
• Dried fenugreek leaves/methi:1/2 tsp
**Cooking Process & Ingredients:**
**Making Paste**
• Oil: 1/3 cup
• Onion: 1 large size
• Fresh green chilies: 4-5
• Ginger: 1 piece
**Sauté the onion in the oil for 1 to 2 minutes.**
**Set it aside to cool completely, then blend into a paste.**
• Chicken:750grams
**Fry the chicken until it’s golden.**
• Garlic paste:1 & 1/2tsp
• Salt: 1/2 tsp
**Add Onion & chili paste!**
• Yogurt/dahi: 1/2 cup
**Add Grinded spices!**
**Now cover it & cook it on low flame for 5 minutes!**
