Did she ever say how long to cook the this first reciepe she is doing? I never heard a time.
Would have to leave off the garlic. My husband absolutely hates the taste of garlic. Otherwise looks delicious

Having said that, I am a crockpot connoisseur myself. Most of these recipes I have made/tried in the past. But watching you add low sodium is going to help me this winter using one or more of my eleven crockpots!
The Shepherd's pie is my favorite. But I always add a big can of mushrooms too.
