  1. Recipe details- Aaloo Papri cups

    Ingredients
    1. Potato 4 medium
    2. ⁠Paneer 150 gm
    3. ⁠Garlic cloves 7-8
    4. ⁠Onion 1 medium
    5. ⁠Green chilli 1-2 (finely chopped)
    6. ⁠Kashmiri red chilli powder 2 tsp
    7. ⁠Salt to taste
    8. ⁠Black pepper powder 1 tsp
    9. ⁠Roasted cumin powder 1 and half tsp
    10. ⁠Pomegranate 1/2 large
    11. ⁠Masala Peanuts 1/2 cup
    12. ⁠Butter 1 tbsp

    For chaat assembly-⁠
    1. Yogurt (mixed with a pinch of salt and powdered sugar)
    2. Coriander chutney
    3. Imli chutney
    4. ⁠Nylon Sev
    5. ⁠Papri
    6. ⁠Finely chopped coriander

    Method
    ⁠1. To start with pound the garlic cloves with Kashmiri red chilli powder and salt in a mortar and pestle to a paste.
    2. Than in a non stick pan heat some butter and add chopped onions and green chillis.
    3. ⁠Sauté for a while on medium flame until the onions turn translucent and then add the pounded garlic chilli paste.
    4. ⁠Mix well and cook for anothe 2 mins until the raw smell goes away.
    5. ⁠Next add the grated panee and potatoes with black pepper powder and roasted cumin powder and mix well. Cook on low flame for another 3-4 mins until the mixture is well cooked and mixed well.
    6. ⁠Once done bring this mix to room temperature and then add pomegranate seeds and peanuts. Mix well once again. The base of chaat cups is ready.
    7. ⁠To assemble the chat cups, add a spoonful of potato mix at bottom followed by yogurt, chutneys, sev and Papri being the topmost layer.
    8. ⁠Garnish with chopped coriander and serve
