This cake looks delicious ❤ but isn't ~800g just in the frosting an insane amount of sugar? Or that is what it makes it delish 😅 i didn't even count the sugar from the bake bun.
Followed this and the text recipe but my cakes didn't rise 😭😭😭 They taste great, so does the cream, but there's hardly much cake 😢 What did I do wrong? May I have over-beaten the batter? I did use less sugar because the sugar in my side of the world is a LOT sweeter, so I always cut the amount by half or more. I also added the milk because the batter was super sticky…. Could that be it?
