Preppy Kitchen, I’ve ruined several bakes due to the high amount of sugar in your recipes. While your techniques are great, the sugar quantities are just too much for my taste. I’ve decided to stop following, as I can’t keep wasting quality ingredients. Wishing you the best. Talking about this (Strawberry Cake) recipe, the sugar is 400 grams while flour is 330 gram. The classic butter cake has a typical 1:1 flour to sugar ratio.
yall gotta know i followed this guys recipe to the t. except maybe my reduction was not cooled enough when i added it. im here again rewatching thos to make sure and i even yook written notes of it all. and my cakes were gummy. what i do wrong????
