This looks amazing! Strawberry cake (albeit from a box at the time) was my childhood favorite for a birthday cake. I didn’t know it as strawberry cake but rather “Pink Cake.” I remember my Dad hiding blue frosting one year between the layers when was fun for me. I definitely want to give this one a whirl!
