    Dahi chawal
    Ingredients –
    1. Cooked rice 1 cup
    2. Hung curd 3/4 cup
    3. Grated carrot 2 tbsp
    4. ⁠Grated cucumber 2 tbsp
    5. ⁠Grated coconut 2 tbsp
    6. ⁠Grated ginger 1 tsp
    7. ⁠Chopped green chilli 1
    8. ⁠Salt to taste
    9. ⁠Chopped coriander and pomegranate seeds for
    garnish

    For tempering
    1. Desi ghee 1 tbsp
    2. ⁠Pinch of Heeng
    3. ⁠mustard seeds 1tbsp
    4. ⁠Chana dal and urad dal 1 tsp each
    5. ⁠Cashews 5-6
    6. ⁠Peanuts 8-10
    7. ⁠Curry leaves 8-10

    Method-
    1. Take hung curd in a bowl and add the grated carrot, Coconut , cucumber, ginger, green chilli and salt to taste.
    2. ⁠Mix well all the grated veggies with the curd.
    3. ⁠Take some cooked/boiled rice in bowl and add the curd mix over the top.
    4. ⁠Prepare the tempering using the tadka ingredients and pour it over the rice and curd mix.
    5. Garnish with chopped coriander and pomegranate seeds. Enjoy!!!
