Have France immediately sign a ceasefire with the Netherlands where France cedes the French portions of Belgium and Luxembourg to the Netherlands in exchange for the Dutch dropping out of the war. (So the Dutch can go back to expanding into the sea, and France can create a more narrow front line against Germany)
