I took upon a mission to find the original recipe of Kolkata Biryani, for that I reached my first destination Royal India Hotel in Zakaria Street. Zakaria Street is a street food heaven which is extremely popular during Ramadan. Here I explored the Bengali sweets and Mughlai Halwa at Haji Alauddin and tasted the most famous Suta Kebabs of Kolkata at Adams Kabab.
I continued my journey to find the best biryani of Kolkata and reached Arsalan at Park Circus where I experienced the entire making and authentic recipe of Kolkata Biryani.
