Sonny Hayes was a successful Formula 1 driver in the 1990s, but had to end his career after an accident. He returns from retirement when he is contacted by the team boss of the Formula 1 racing team APXGP to support the rookie Joshua Pearce. For Hayes, this appointment as Pearce’s teammate is a last chance for glory. The plot is partly based on real Formula 1 races and events.

Every cliche ever jammed into one movie. The grizzled and rugged but good natured old pro takes on the brash young hot shot while dispensing words of hard earned wisdom every five minutes. Barf. But they find a way to work together and each learns something along the way. Gag. Then see if you can guess who wins the big race, gets the girl and then when he has it all walks off into the sunset alone because he's such a mans man. Puke, the end. Go ahead, spend ten bucks.

As an avid long term F1 fan, this movie pulled out all the stops…awesome❤
What the f1 fanboys failed to realize is that this is a movie. Its purpose is to entertain and make money. To do that, it has to please majority of the viewers and not the few f1 purists.
F1 claiming to be the pinnacle of motorsport…when it's a bunch of rich fools running a bush league.
It's just a remake.. weak movie makers.
