I am watching this informative video on Affinity Designer. I already purchased Affinity Designer, and the other 2 years ago. With this Affinity products that is on Canva what does that mean from the software I already have? Can I still use it, and what about updates to the software? I do have Canva Pro. So, should I stop using the Affinity products I purchased long ago?
Interestging astuff – is there any point in having the paid versions of Affinity now?

I was able to download Affinity v3 with my Canva pro account, but unfortunately, I have Windows 7, and Affinity v3, like v2, only works with Windows 11.
So for now, I'll continue with Canva or Affinity v1, which I already have.
I'll upgrade my PC later.
On the Affinity Studio website, the recommendations for the necessary configuration were limited to specifying: at least a mid-range computer. Can you give advice on choosing the motherboard, RAM, processor, graphics card, and power supply?
Regarding AI in Print On Demand, I only use it for:
– creating my lifestyle mockups (characters in an environment),
– removing backgrounds, erasing elements
– ideation (research/variation of designs based on an original or an idea).
Otherwise, I do everything natively in Canva, and I also use templates that I modify.
