🚨 Gen Z’s skincare obsession might be aging them faster than EVER… In this video, I’m breaking down how the rise of 10-step skincare routines, overusing harsh acids, and chasing “anti-aging” trends are secretly destroying young faces instead of protecting them.

From TikTok’s endless skincare hauls to the pressure of looking younger than your actual age, Gen Z is falling into a cycle of damaged skin barriers, premature wrinkles, and long-term problems that no serum can fix. Let’s talk about how this skincare addiction started, why it’s so toxic, and what you actually need for healthy skin.

✨ If you’ve ever wondered whether all those products are worth it (or if you’re guilty of using too many at once), this video is for you. ‘LIKE’ the video if you enjoyed it, and let me know what video’s you’d like to see in the future! Love, Lael ❤️

  1. Okay mrs aging bitter pick-me envious Minecraft block looking ahh Karen! Now try to make a video abt why are millenial (older/aging) women so obsessed with constantly commenting on young peoples looks, faces, bodies and their business. Ik you're envious that you didn't have all those easily accessible tools to take care of yourself better, look younger and prettier even later in life, but come on yall should be more grateful to us, you wouldn't have anything to talk about and would have to work your boring ahh 9-5 office job as an NPC for the rest of your life 🥀🥀

  2. Honestly, I want to try retinol but I’m too scared to try 😭 I experimented with a vitamin c moisturizer before and it RUINED my skin barrier. Just that one experience makes me hesitant to deter from my usual skincare routine… I can’t imagine using over 5 products on your face 😬

  3. I am almost 69 years old. My skincare routine consists of whatever body wash is on sale at Wegmans. I am lucky-I have never had acne and have never needed foundation. I do however, have the wrinkles that go with my age. I have earned every one of them. Just as all I have gone through in my life has made me who I am inside, my life has produced the face I see in the mirror and I have never felt so content. Eventually, we learn what is important. It took years for me to stop comparing myself to anyone else. When you reach that point, it is what I call freedom.
