  1. I think it is important to have clarity and warnings, because often it is the edge cases and the people who are struggling that these systems are made to target. (Like kids not fully grasping the value of money yet etc.) If you can give that extra safety net that could save someone from financial ruin by either making sure they know what they spend easily or make sure someone else can realize and stop them it is worth it.
The companies know that people who have good financial control, the ones with good impulse control and the ones who stay f2p are not truly the target for these systems.

  2. Glaive is clinging too much in the idea of Dark Story/Lore = Not for kids

Here's the truth of Genshin. No matter how Dark the story is. The representation/execution of things are always been catered towards Kids as an entertainment.

  3. Umm what's the difference in wuwa/ insert the top 10 most popular Gachas? Genshin is the only thing that's pulling in views these days. It's so cringe to milk these think pieces to pacify the audience that quit genshin cause they lost 1 too many 50/50s

  4. The $475 worst-case scenario perfectly illustrates how predatory monetization disguises itself through innocent aesthetics. The SaaS Commentions analyzed similar patterns in gaming marketing – companies deliberately target impressionable audiences with deceptive visuals while burying complex mechanics.
