There are around 20,000 startups in Germany. They are the drivers of new ideas and innovations. Various funding programmes support founders in turning their ideas into companies. Most startups are active in information and communication technology, medicine and healthcare, but the wealth of ideas is limitless. We present three German startups: TRIQBRIQ has developed an innovative timber construction system designed to enable circular construction. The startup farming revolution produces an autonomous weeding robot and HyImpulse developed a special propulsion technology for rockets that enables access to space for small payloads. They share their stories and experiences – from the first idea to becoming successful companies.
