I believe that in a world so cold and cruel, if something like this can make you cry, then there is still a heart inside of you that can feel true compassion. I try to help my sons to understand that being able to show emotion, even to cry, shows your strength as a man vastly more than trying to pretend nothing touches your heart and holding it all inside.

This song saved his fathers life! A distant cousin saw the video and donated his kidney!!!
Lost my dad at 17 years old due to a car crash.
My dad died when I was just a small boy. I never got the chance to relate to him in a way that this song implies and it hurts. However, my own son is now 20, and to relate to him as a young man and not a small boy is an absolute gift. It's odd being a different type of father figure and having that adult father/son bond. I miss having had it as a son, but love having it as a father.
