I achieve more dewy makeup without using these things and any primer.❤❤ I don't use primer because after using primer my makeup start spelling off so I avoid to apply primer, but I think it's not really the primer for my skin type, talking about the dewyness I like to add some illuminating highlighter in my foundation and blush❤❤❤ but skin prep is important, so far in cheap skin prep we can't call achieve but an affordable one I can tell you what to do first, first do scrub then after apply a very lightweight moisturizer like the ponds lightweight gel and you can also apply toner before the moisturizer and then after start doing your makeup but don't forget to add illuminating highlighter in your foundation and blush❤❤❤❤
