They can't do anything cause most of the market is captured by Android which is itself owned by google , so basically Android comes with play store pre installed , and nobody gonna install a different app store just to use a single app , they are GOOGLE for a reason.

India needs to build its own technologies.
India needs its own IBM,miscrosoft,google,youtube,facebook etc. Many of the workers in these foreign companies are indians anyway.
China builds their own technology nowadays. India needs to do the same.
