For Gravy: • 1 tbsp oil • 1 tbsp finely chopped ginger • 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic • ¼ cup chopped onion • ¼ cup chopped capsicum • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup • 1 tbsp soy sauce • 1 tsp vinegar • 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder • 1 tsp cornflour mixed with 2 tbsp water (slurry) • 1 cup water (adjust as needed) • Salt to taste • Chopped green onions for garnish . Instructions: . 1. Make Manchurian Balls: • In a large bowl, mix cabbage, carrot, onion, capsicum, ginger, garlic, and salt. • Let it rest for 10 minutes so the veggies release water. • Add maida, cornflour, and black pepper.
