How do people live without Costco. We have 2 within 2.5 miles in Tustin, CA.

I found out that there is an "extremely firm" tofu. I found it at an Asian grocery store that was on the bigger side. I tried it as taco meat and it was delicious and the right texture and I think it would work well in this dish too.

Use it to make Thom Gha soup. It’s lemongrass with coconut bean sprouts chicken the red curry paste in the broth with onions, fish sauce etc 🤤
