Grocery Haul – Stocking up before winter at Walmart and Costco

It is that time of year where everyone starts stocking up the pantry in preparation of winter. We decided to shop for enough pantry staples to last us at least six months. While the truck can still drive out to our property we want to bring the majority of our groceries home to prevent having to haul them in a snow machine.

Did you catch our surprise announcement? Lots of excitement to come this winter season!

  1. Congrats on the new baby! Don't beat yourself up about backtracking on the layout at Costco. They intentionally do not label aisles and move things around so you have to go down all the aisles and will likely spend more as impulse shopping is a thing!
