  1. Healthy 4 ing chocolate fudge 🍫

    Serves : 3-4 people.

    All you need is :
    – 10-12 dates (deseeded).
    – 1 cup walnuts.
    – 4 tbsp cocoa powder.
    – 3 tbsp milk (adjust as per consistency needed).

    Optional :
    – 50gms sugar free dark chocolate.
    – A few chopped roasted walnuts for garnish.

    Method :

    – Soak dates in warm/hot water for 15 mins until soft. Strain water.
    – Roast walnuts on a low flame for 3-4 mins. Keep stirring to prevent burning. Save a few for garnish.
    – In a blender add the dates, walnuts, cocoa powder and milk and blend until gooey.
    – If needed add a little more milk while blending to adjust the consistency.
    – Serve it up as it is or optionally garnish with melted chocolate and walnuts.
    – This tastes best a little warm (so microwave it for 30-40 secs) or at room temperature.

    To melt chocolate : Microwave chopped room temp chocolate for 1 min or so after 20 sec intervals OR melt over a double boiler.
