    • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
    • ½ tsp red chili powder (adjust to taste)
    • 1 Maggi tastemaker (from the packet)
    • Salt (as needed)
    • Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
    • ½ lemon (for juice)

    Instructions:
    1. Boil the Maggi:
    Boil the noodles in water until just cooked (don’t overcook).
    Strain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.
    2. Prepare the tempering:
    Heat oil in a pan.
    Add chopped garlic and green chili — sauté until golden and fragrant.
    3. Add spices:
    Add salt, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Mix well.
    4. Add the Maggi tastemaker:
    Sprinkle the tastemaker into the pan and mix everything together.
    5. Add noodles:
    Now add the boiled Maggi noodles. Mix well so the masala coats evenly.
    6. Finish:
    Add chopped coriander leaves and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
    Toss once and serve hot.

    Optional Tip:
    For extra flavor, you can add a few drops of soy sauce or a pinch of crushed pepper before adding lemon.
