Approx 3 years ago i was told to get a POA and that as soon they sign the settlement money would be deposited to my Bank Account, my family who don't talk with me although they have kept my son jesse and me separated off and on since he was born, that my family let my son call me to say he be my POA and he went to go sign and 2 months later no email or call than i had my Nephew sign and another 2 months went by no email or call i let my Nephew know i want to sign myself and my Nephew said that Attorney said if i don't get a POA that i will be given to the State. i emailed a notorized letter that my IHSS Cargiver signed saying that i am sane, i am mentally well and that i schedule my own Dr.. Appointments and refill my own medicine prescriptions and that i take my own medicine that my IHSS Cargiver only helps me with cooking, cleaning, laundry, bed baths, groceries and to take me to Dr. Appointments. That i learned to use large Calendar on my wall and a small calendar to write and remember all of my Appointments, that i also have my Bank App on my phone where i have been paying all of my bills and rent on time, that i can manage a Bank account and i know how to budget cash money. That my thinking and to process information is slow and that when i move my body alot i get dizziness with nausea and higher pain that when i feel like this that i am still aware of all my surroundings, i know my address and phone number, i know to reschedule my appointments for that day and as usually lay down for 1 hour, 2 hours sometimes 3 hours to lower the dizzyness and lower the pain. i still need my neck brace, right arm sling with a hand and wrist cloth and a waist band. Both my upper legs that connects to my pelvic area, all my back especially my lower back and all of my neck, face, scalp, skull and inside my head hurts daily of a 9, 8, 7 sometimes 6 and the rest of my body hurts daily of 5, 4 and a 3. i still use and need to wear depends underwear, the prescription shower, portable toilet when i feel lightly dizziness, i was prescribed a medical bed and an electric autochair although approx 2 months after i was forced to move my Caregiver and i were being bullied when we throw trash or go to Dr. Appointments by the apartment manager and 4 other of her family that individually lived both sides of me and upstairs, i than had to move into a shelter, here i was prescribed an electric wheelchair although my insurance didn't cover a fold electric wheelchair only a mobile scooter that yet it's difficult to drive or manage i hurt myself or someone, i had to decline for my safety and i bought a electric wheelchair on line from Walmart although i used this wheelchair for approx 2 years and the small wheel of my wheelchair keeps falling off, because i had to buy the least expensive.i still need all these medical equipment to help me properly heal and relieve pain and dizziness. i am renting a bedroom for $500. Monthly with utilities including although the bathroom and shower doesn't have hand rails and i need help to be able to sign for myself the roll over car settlement money to buy all these medical equipment that i still need today. since the roll over car accident on 6-3-19 i have bought to this day to keep my alive, to heal and relieve much pain throughout all my body approx 20 to 30 bottles each of ibreprophen for swelling, Advil pain relief, Pepto bismal, tums, x lax, approx 200 of pain patches and pain tube ointments although these caused me much pain and swelling that i had to stop using these. i am barely holding on and where i live there is a man named Everardo and his wife Maria they are 24 hours by my door and window and banging by my door each bang hurt's my head, a new girl moved into the bedroom next to mine and seems it's her also banging on the bedroom walls really loud to my every move, the new girl also keeps coming out of her room right on time when i use the bathroom to brush my teeth and she also followed right behind my IHSS Cargiver driving out of this House. The first 2 months i didn't want to go outside or anywhere in the House i have my microwave, water and food and i need much rest to heal my body and control my dizziness. And Maria and Everardo kept going by my bedroom off and on daily and till 8 pm with drilling by my door and Maria says loudly did she come out where is she , than finally one day as i used the bathroom in the hallway Maria said come outside on the patio get fresh air and i felt i had to because she was constantly by my bedroom door as soon as i went out there Everardo comes fast behind me and circled around me fart than another day Maria comes out fast towards me they both walk as like the same scary movies of a killer running after a person they walk fast like that, than one day as i sat outside Everardo came outside and he said to me that he has killed many people than seconds after he said i have killed many people and i have watched them die, than seconds after she said that he was in a war than he stood up from the porch chair and he zipped his pants off and took out his penis and started to urniate on the porch and as he was urinating i wheelchair myself inside and i locked the front door because Everardo usually always use the back door and than i went into my room and i put on my extra adjustable door lock for extra protection. Everardo and Maria still going by my bedroom door and window and the new girl seems to be the one loudly banging to my every move and to also right on time come out of her room when i go brush my teeth and to when my Cargiver and me are doing something she comes out right on time when we open my bedroom door.
