  1. I work in the operating room my hands look like this too. Alcohol cleansers and chlorhexadine will really dry out your hands and destroy your nail beds. I’m only 40. I also am always dehydrated too. For those who can freely drink water, drink it. I did start using cerave intense moisturizer at night. That has been helpful.

  2. Modern car windshields block 94% of UVA rays because it's a sandwich layer. The front seat windows only block up to 71%. I put ceramic broad spectrum tint on my front windows and it blocks 98%. My best tip is tretinoin on the back of my hands, forearms, face, neck and décolletage. Ask your dermatologist which strength of tretinoin is appropriate for you cuz not all skin is the same thickness.
