  1. Ingredients-
    For chilli garlic dahi tadka-
    3-4 garlic
    1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
    1 tbsp oil or ghee
    1/2 tsp hing
    1 tsp cumin
    1 tsp mustard seeds
    1 chopped onion
    7-8 curry leaves
    1/4 tsp haldi
    1 tsp@coriander powder
    Salt to taste
    1 cup fresh curd

    For salad-
    1/2 cup boiled Kala chana
    1/2 cup fried paneer
    1/4 cup chopped cucumber
    1/4 cup chopped carrot
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1/4 cup chopped tomato
    1 tbsp green chutney (optional)
    1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
    1 tsp chaat masala
    Salt to taste
