  1. Stevie Nicks' discography, both solo and with Fleetwood Mac is an incredible rabbit hole you will really enjoy exploring! Be sure to check out Buckingham's & Nicks' pre-FM debut, simply titled "Buckingham/Nicks" (this is what Mick Fleetwood heard and encouraged him to track them down, and ultimately hire them to join). And both FM & Nicks' solo catalogs were (mostly) very strong into the 90s!

BTW, Fleetwood Mac started as 100% British, but over the years there've been a few Americans brought in to replace exiting members. Bob Welch was a member (and lead singer) from 1971 to 1974 and sang a few of their standout tracks from this era (which, while not hugely successful, was still quite impressive) such as Sentimental Lady (which Bob would later re-record in 1977, for his first taste in solo success) and my personal all-time favorite, "Hypnotized".

  2. The Rumors album came out during a period of INTENSE emotional turmoil throughout the group. Stevie and Lindsey had just gone through a nasty breakup and Christine and John were just getting together.

The album doesn't make any effort to hide any of it.
