High protein egg salad spread by @adamhoad_coaching
Recipe (1 entire bowl):
4 eggs
1 medium avocado (100g)
450g 0% fat Greek yogurt
50g red onion
50g cucumber
1 lemon
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper
Optional: Tabasco
1. Mix and combine everything into a bowl
2. Mix it together. Ready to go!
Enjoy!
Per serving (with 2 slices of bread):
Calories: ~450 cals
Protein: 35g
Carbs: 32g
Fat: 18g
Entire bowl:
Calories: 734 cals
Protein: 73g
Carbs: 28g
Fat: 35g

I didn't like this recipe either until I added a pickles and a couple spoonfuls of mayo and that made it perfect!
It’s not freaking egg salad if you throw in some much Greek yoghurt and other stuff that the whole thing is only 10% eggs.
I'm out of the loop of "health influencer" circles.
WTF is their obsession with generating expensive pee?
It was already bad enough when they had people consume so many vitamins it was getting dangerous since some vitamins get pretty toxic in excess and the ones you don't store are just expensive pee.
But the same applies with protein, to much protein just isn't good and the excess just gets turned into expensive pee.
Where is the onion!? And some of dry basil and/or mirođija!!? But I'll try it for begining…
