History isn't written by the victors, but it is propagandized and taught by the victors. I think that's a more fair assessment.

Okay, but look how things get twisted. Israel since 1948 were killing Palestinians. They keep winning and they writing other folks off as terrorists. They won't teach in schools that the Jews were bombing hotels and carrying out assassinations. Actual terrorism. Ethnic cleansing. Furthermore they broke their covenant with God twice. Wouldn't they lose any claims to that promised land?
