THE MAORI BEFREINDED, THEN ATTACKED, KILLED, AND ATE THE PEACEFUL MORIORI NATIVES, TAKING ALL WOMEN AND CHILDREN PRISONER TO KILL AND EAT WHENEVER THEY HAD VISITING MAORI CHIEFS.

THE MAORI STOLE THE ISLAQNDS CALLED NEW ZEALAND OFF THE MORIORI.

RECENTLY THE NEW ZEALAND GOVERNMENT PASSES A LAW OF APOLOGY FOR WHAT HAPPENED TO THE MORIORI, AND IN PARTICULAR THE MAORI CHASING THE FEW MORIORI SURVIVORS OUT TO THE CHATHAM IASLANDS AND CONTINUING THEIR GENOCIDE OF THE MORIORI THERE, WHILE THE BRITISH GOVERNOR DID NOTHING TO STOP THEM.

LEGAL ACTIONS ARE BEING PREPARED TO BE FILED IN THE ICC BECAUSE THE MAORI ARE BULLDOZING THE 2,000 ACRE FARMLAND AND THE 400 ACRE MORIORI VILLAGE SITE IN HOKIANGA TO TRY AND HIDE THE EVIDENCE.

INTERNATIONAL SCIENTISTS DID CARBON DATING OF THAT SITE WHEN IT WAS DISCOVERED IN THE LATE 1970S AND CONFIRMED THE AGE, AND THAT THE MORIORI HAD COME FROM SOUTH AMERICA ( AZTEC STRUCTURES FOUND THERE AND ELSEWHERE ) AND REQUESTED THE NEW ZEALAND GOVERNMENT TO APPLY FOR WORLD HERITIGE LISTING AS IT WAS SO IMPORTANT TO HUMAN MIGRATION PATTERNS.
THE NEW ZEALAND GOVERNMENT GOT THE MAORI TO PLACE A 75 YEAR LONG "TAPU"
( FORBIDDEN ZONE DUE TO SPIRITUAL REASONS ) ON THE SITE, AND SEIZED ALL THE FORENSIC RECORDS.
YOU CANNOT EVEN TAKE A PHOTO OF IT FROM THE ROAD.

I normally skip videos about Aotearoa because the lack of effort for trying to learn any of the pronunciation in them can be painful being from there myself that I ignored this video when it first came up for me as I haven’t seen your videos so I didn’t know if you’d put in that effort but I’m SO impressed! You’ve put in so much effort for this video it’s so lovely to see, not only with the pronunciation but also not starting with the white history as that’s what most people start with, thank you!

This presentation is biased and unreliable, gabbled off by someone with no stake in the place. As a New Zealander in his 60s I've seen a lot of new and fanciful history come to light in the past 10 years. In particular, the recent redefining of indigenous. Also what aotearoa means and may have referred to. Te ika a Maui means Maui's fish, not fishook. This sheds a light on the recent nature of some of the "history" were being fed. How did the Maoris know what the shape of the North Island was like centuries before they saw a map?
