Next up was the beef curry, a mix of tender and chewy pieces, but the flavor still hit the mark. Finally, we dive into their famed mutton biryani, where every grain bursts with flavor, and the meat is soft and juicy. However, the excess oil left a heavy layer towards the end, slightly diminishing the experience. Overall, Paragon lived up to its legendary status!

I am from calicut and not a fan of paragon.. There are hotels in Calicut district that serves more delicious food than paragon.
Why did you say that you wish they could have added some dalda ? Obviously everyones adding Dalda only. Thats why all these restaurants are killing people. You better go to Rahmath hotel who uses only Ashirwad Ghee. Pure ghee. So dont fall for the worlds iconic restaurant reviews. Always the best restaurants are not the ones who are listed by some reviewers. And they are always the healthirr ones. Rahmath Hotel is the best Biriyani served by a restaurant in the whole world. Not just Kozhikode or Kerala. But the best biriyani in the world is always served by the women in their homes, and you cant compare that to any of the restaurants out there. So next time go to any local home and eat and see whats the difference. Food is to be made with love, and only the women will be cautious about what they put in their food, not the men chef in the restaurants
