Never do this yourself because if you break them you're on the hook and its very possible for the layman to do that. If the optician breaks them its on them.
I got a unique problem. Im a 6’3 handsome man with a very deep voice but Im still hesitant to approach. I get a lot of choosing signals but just go about my day. Its like a mental roadblock in a way even though I know rejection isnt a bad thing. I get approached a lot at work and can converse just fine with beautiful women but outside of work I dont approach
But what about plastic glasses you always show metal one which is definitely simple to adjust even at home
