Ive never had glasses that bend that easily nor would I ever put that amount of pressure on them to make them do so. I always use a blow dryer to heat up the area I want to bend and then bend them gradually. This guy seems like hes promoting for you to be needing new glasses after you break yours following his instructions.
No one commenting on the nose pads adjustments …this one is tricky I don't believe it's as simple as he did it …I always have problems with the nose pads could never get it to sit comfortable

Ive used the same frame diff prescription for over 4 -5 years now . They are plastic , not adjustable but very light . The most comfy frame ever .
