  1. Depression drains so much energy from you. Been there. Still am, but for a different reason. My brother died a month ago. He was too young and lived a healthy life, but got cancer anyway. I haven't written much in my Hobonichi. However, when I see a play, I cut down the front of the program to paste onto the daily page. Sending hugs.

  2. This is inspiring. I've been struggling with my health and havent journaled as frequently – and I am all-or-nothing kind of person. Thank you for sharing with us. Watching you journal gives me the motivation to do mine. ❤

Also what is that light purple marker you use for the circles you drew on? I love that color.

  3. Hi, Helen! I enjoy your “empty” pages! I love your doodles and beautiful artwork. Even the ephemera is added so artistically. I have many blank pages in my planner(s). I do wish I had a book filled with notes, memories, photos, sketches and ephemera. I try to think of blank pages as opportunities for me to draw or swatch or try something new. I can just write the date in the corner to capture when I actually filled the page. Someday I’ll put something on those pages. Of course if I don’t, that’s ok, too! Have a great week, Helen!
