Thankyou Helen ❣️ i also go back the next day, and use a large sticker that is kind of representing the day, be it a bed , something similar to what i ate, a coffee mug,.so there is very less space left for me to write, and then i write a bit around 😅

If I don't have the time or motivation to write in my journal, I only write down some keywords with bullet points. That helps me a lot!

When it comes to empty pages, I wouild get a book and a marker and just write the first line/sentence of that book for the day. It brought me a bit of joy when I do that.

Awesome tips, thank you! I like to draw on empty pages. I'm learning to draw, I'm not very good, and I love taking an old page and just quickly draw something. I usually add the date as well.
