Does this have an "expiry"?
Like if i rarely make bread, can i store it in the fridge for a couple months before doing this?

Did just that.
Second day bubbles and double in size.
Smells like death. Dough won’t rise.
How many ml is that container?
Never tried this but your lid was sealed not loose. Did you notice it a bit later add loosen the lid😮. Remember this is not a new starter he has left over start bits left in jar,from what he has already used. Did anyone else notice this or am I missing something.😮
"Put the lid on loose" puts on an air tight lid
