So simple. No complications. Thanks Jack
Does this work with wheat flour?
Is Stinky smell normal?? lol
"Everybody on the planet" has been driving me crazy . . . except you. Thanks, Jack.
What if it’s not ready next day can you just leave it out another day without feeding or do you have to feed it
That was a tight lid. Not loose.
How much starter was in this jar?? Looks like just scraping from the sides.
Does this method work if you’re starting a fresh new sourdough? Or do I have to use the other method of feeding it a couple of times every week while discarding a big part of it? Because I thought the starter must build its microbiome first and I am not sure if that’s possible with only a few scrapings of a new sourdough.
Thank you ! 🙂
So you don't have to wait 7 days?
Why rye flour?
