  1. I fed my starter mid morning with hopes to bake this evening. It has lovely bubbles and looks ready to proceed to bake, but my day took a hard left and can’t get to it…it’s been on the counter all day. Should I leave it in the counter top until tomorrow am or should I put back in the fridge and start over in the am? Would I have to refeed it? The starter is from a friend who gave it to me yesterday and I’m very green right now 😬. His jar was smaller and I thought I’d have to put it in a bigger jar so it’s grown out versus up (if that makes sense)

  2. Since weather is cool here can i stick it in the oven? Do i have to leave the oven door open or can i leave the light on with the door closed. And also can i use everything up and just make fresh starter whenever i need to make bread
