My skin looks like your at the start of the video all the time and I already only use a gentle cleanser and moisturizer or nothing at all :((
How long did you use this skin regiment for?
My acne prone skin loves Tamanu oil. I use a Tamanu oil salve as my last layer to seal in all the actives (I alternate between adapalene and a 20% azelaic acid cream) I rub the salve in between my hands to melt it, then press it on to my skin and wake up with baby soft, clear skin. After years of blemishes and using high end products and home remedies, I think I have my skincare routine locked and all the products are around $20. Well I still use Biotherm products because my skin loves it, but it’s pricey. I incorporated these 3 products into my routine and it’s made a huge difference.
