Hi Julie, do you have taxes for imu to pay ina italy or you pay it in england.? How about that? Because also that is a cost to consider, positive is you have independent house , so you dont have expences for condominio. ThAts super less costs is better to arrange❤
Different part of the planet, but when I was looking for a lil gem part-time cottage for myself in a dream area? I was lucky enough to stand next to the local dentist at a food festival in my favourite town. He convinced me to look at property 9km away, in a ‘forgotten’ hamlet. I was hugely skeptical. But I’m so grateful for that accidental convo. If I’d clung to my 1st idea, I’d be overrun by tourists 24/7 by now. That was definitely NOT my dream! My cottage idea became a tiny chestnut farm, and I live in a community (of people, trees and wildlife) that suits me much better. And guess who is my dentist 😉

It took the guys who replaced our pergola awning like 2 months to actually do it, so I cannot imagine actually renovating an entire house here 😂 Kudos to your patience
For the love of God, she paid just over 100k (she never actually says how much) then 7500 for closing costs, plus renovations (she never mentions that amount). She got a mortgage with 60% down payment. There, everything you need to know in 10 seconds. 😂

You may want to consider previewing your video before posting. The noise from the wind in the background was distracting and made the content hard to hear and understand and I really wanted to hear the content. Other than that it was lovely.
